These Terms of Use and General Terms & Conditions govern access to, browsing and use of the website valideron.es, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content and the services offered by Valideron Inmobiliaria S.L., including real estate intermediation, promotion, project development and property management in Spain.

By accessing the website, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these terms.

The user undertakes to use the website and its content diligently, lawfully and in good faith, in line with applicable legislation and these terms.

Use of the content for illegal or unlawful purposes is prohibited.

Professional services are subject to an individual service agreement between Valideron Inmobiliaria S.L. and the client specifying commercial conditions, fees and obligations of the parties.
